How to Access Online Meetings
This guide details how to access the online platform, whether livestream or through our video archive.
※To access the online platform, users must have completed registration and payment through the SMART Conference system. (Viewing access without registration or payment may be granted — please contact the event organizer to inquire.)
Go to the conference homepage and click on “Schedule” from the left side menu. From the schedule, select the session you would like to view.
After you’ve selected a session, buttons labeled “Details” and “Bookmark” will appear. Click the “Details” button.
You will be redirected to the SMART Conference login page.
Enter your registered email address and password, then click “Login”.
After logging in, you will be taken to the session details page.
To join the session, click “Watch the LIVE Streaming”.
This will open a new live stream window for the live session.
Buttons and Features:
① “Watch the LIVE Streaming”
→ Join the session via online streaming service.
② “Bookmark”
→ Bookmarked sessions will be listed in your participant page.
③ “View Abstracts”
→ Opens a PDF version of the abstract.
④ “Post a Comment”
→ Enter a comment and click the “Submit” button to post.
All participants can view comments.
For archived videos, the recorded session video will be displayed in place of the “Watch the LIVE Streaming” button (① above).
