Forgot Your Password?
If you forgot your password, please reset your password.
Follow these steps to reset your password:
1. Go to the login page: https://smartconf.jp/auth
2. Click “Forgot password?”
3. Enter your registered email address and click “✓ Send”
An email with a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Look for an email from support@smartconf.jp, please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox
4. Click the reset link in the email
5. Enter your new password
Note: The password must be 8-32 characters.
6. Click “✓ Send” to confirm
You can now log in with your new password.
