Payment procedure

Here are the guidelines for the payment procedure.

 

1. Click here to log in to My Page and select the conference.

 

2. Click ” Participant registration ” on the left menu and click “Select the registration category “.

3. Please select the menu, enter the required fields, and click “Continue”.

 

* You can only select one basic menu. you can purchase as many options as you would like.

You can also make separate payments for the basic menu and options.

 

[If you would like to have separate addresses on invoices and receipts]

Please make separate payments since invoices and receipts are issued for each transaction.
(Please proceed from the basic menu first.) 

 

Please note that you cannot separate transactions later.

 

You can also choose different payment methods for each transaction. (Credit card, Bank transfer, etc.)

 

Invoices and receipts are issued for each transaction.

In the scenario described above, one invoice and receipt will be issued for the purchase made for the basic menu, while a separate invoice and receipt will be issued for the purchase made under the option menu.

* You can later modify the address for your invoice/receipt on your My Page.

 

4. Select the payment method.

*Payment methods available may vary depending on the conference.

5. Once you’ve finished entering the information, kindly click on “Proceed to confirmation screen”.

 

6. After confirming the information, please click “Send”.

 

7. A message will appear indicating that your payment has been completed.

 

8. For credit card payments, the transaction is finalized upon clicking “Send” on the “Confirmation of Payment Details” screen.

The payment completion screen will appear, and the invoice and receipt will be accessible for download.

 

You will also receive an email notifying the completion of your payment to the registered email address.

 

9. If you choose bank transfer, the bank information and the deadline will be sent to your registered email address.

 

The invoice is also displayed on My Page and can be downloaded.

 

The transfer destination information is also entered in the downloaded invoice, so please transfer by the due date.

 

* Please pay the transfer fee at the customer’s expense.

 

* The transfer account number differs for each payment. Please be careful not to make a mistake.

 

* If the representative makes a transfer for more than one person, please transfer to each transfer account. Please note that even if you make a lump sum payment, the payment will not be completed.

 

When the transfer is completed, the receipt will be displayed on My Page. (It may take up to 24 hours after the transfer to reflect the results.)

 

*Please note that if the due date has passed, your account information will become invalid and you will not be able to make payments.

 

If the due date has passed, please try again from the selection of the basic menu to the payment.

 

 

10. In the case of convenience store payment, the payment information and payment deadline will be sent to the registered email address.

 

Please pay at the convenience store designated by yourself.

Explanations of payment methods and invoices are also displayed on My Page.

 

When the payment is completed, the receipt will be displayed on My Page. (It may take up to 24 hours after the transfer to reflect the results.)


* Please note that you will not be able to pay after the due date.

 

If the due date has passed, please try again from the selection of the basic menu to the payment.

 

 

11. Where to download invoices/receipts

 

Please log in to My Page and click on Registration in the left menu.

The details of personal information registration will be displayed, so scroll down to see the payment details.

For invoices/receipts, click the “Download” button.

 

 

12. Change of address of invoices/receipts

 

Please correct the address by clicking “Modify Address” on the left side of the invoice/receipt download button on the registration page.
