Can’t Log in with Registered Email.
If you’re unable to log in using your registered email address, please check the following:
- Extra spaces: Make sure there are no spaces before or after your email address.
- Uppercase/lowercase letters: Ensure you’re using the correct capitalization.
(While many email servers don’t distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters, our system may recognize them as different accounts.)
